Chairman’s Welcome

Normandy Village is situated to the north and in the lea of the Hogs Back which is part of the Surrey Hills.

We are fortunate to have excellent road and rail links to London and other major towns and cities.

The village has its own station (Wanborough) with direct links to Guildford (6 minutes away) and Aldershot (10 minutes away). By changing trains at these stations London (Waterloo) is only a further 40 minutes away. Road links are just as good with easy access to the A31 and A3.

Normandy has a rural character with plenty of wildlife, in open fields and woodland even though it is only 4 miles from Guildford. If you like walking, running, cycling or horse riding in the countryside there are many footpaths and bridleways to explore.

There are many clubs and society’s within the village covering a wide range of sports and leisure activity’s, football, cricket, tennis, bowls, archery, rounders, just to mention a few.

The children are well catered for with an excellent primary school (Wyke) within the village also for their leisure we have play areas with swings, slides and other equipment.

We are a friendly and happy community and as you can see we have much to offer residents and visitors alike.

Welcome to Normandy Village.
